Focus on: Lizzie Reid

So here's the first in our 'Focus on' feature where we look at you guys in action. This week we're checking out Liz @ Boxfit on 15.02.2011. Have a look at the footage of Lizzie on the pads and performing an awesome jacknife-press. She's come on leaps and bounds technically and I think Emma's hands will testify she's one of the hardest hitters at Box-fit!! Top work!
