Box-fit is the best exercise class ever! Run by two lovely trainers Alex & Phil who make you feel very welcome, they also make you work really hard! With a mix of bag, pad work and circuit training, everyone works to their own abilities, and to a routine that’s changed every week so never gets boring. A friendly group of people, men and women of all ages and fitness levels, there’s something here for everyone. I love it so much I never miss a session; it’s a great, fun way to keep fit, relieve stress and with the odd social event thrown in it couldn’t be better!

Boxfit has changed my life. That may sound like an extreme statement, but it has really become an ingrained part of my existence.
I find it to be more than a fitness class. Even after a long day just the sound of the gloves hitting the pads leaves me feeling energised. Developing a skill contributes to my interest in increasing my fitness levels and encourages my weekly attendance. My first time I didn't know what to expect and happy to say I left looking forward to the next session. Every week is fresh, varied, challenging and always enjoyable.
Added to this are the friendships, laughter and the expertise and willingness of the instructors. What else could you ask for on a Tuesday evening!
